Being the Public Health team within Oxfam (GB), Armenian Branch, evolved from it in 1999 and registered as a local NGO “Support to Communities” (STC). Having grown up within Oxfam, the STC inherited Oxfam‘s approaches and attitudes, ways of working and implementation procedures. The staff of NGO was trained and experienced in community development Programs such as Public Health, Hygiene Promotion, Health Rights Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction.
