Our Mission

We work to support community development in order to overcome poverty and inequality in the country.

Objectives:

• To render comprehensive material and moral assistance to socially unsecured people, irrespective of their nationality, gender, religion and faith
• To provide access for vulnerable people to health, educational, professional training systems, as well as to water supply, sewage and other public systems and services
• To implement programs, which contribute to the elimination of consequences of man made and natural disasters, in particular, carry out activities related to prompt responding to, prevention and forecast of natural calamities and rehabilitation works
• To implement programs, which contribute to the establishment of steady revenue sources for socially unsecured and vulnerable people
• To facilitate to consolidation of other organizations' and individuals' efforts for achievement of the above mentioned purposes.

Legal Status:

The "Support to Communities" Benevolent Non Governmental Organization ("STC") is an organization created on the principal of its members' common interests and free will, for the purpose of satisfaction of cultural and other non-material needs. It was established in 1999. It is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (Registration Certificate # 1311) and has the status of legal entity, a round seal in Armenian and English languages, a logo, letterheads, settlement accounts with banks.
